Super rude, does not know how to listen. Don’t trust him! Avoid at any cost. We haired Steven Daday to make sure the board and association are fallowing the rules and working according to law. Steven Daday always covered all wrong doing and disrespect the owners. If you are foreigner or have an accent - you are nothing to him! Stay away of Steven Daday!
We were involved with litigation with his office. They were unprofessional, rude and would constantly delay. When they requested we deliver material to them they would refuse the deliveries and then respond with foul language when we would try to determine what the delivery issue was. Horrible! Our lawyer was yelled at for her misunderstanding of the law. She ignored what I wanted & made up things as she went. Her line of questioning was 100% out of line in court. Horrible communication. She allowed an incorrect order to be entered today. I am now worse off. Spend your money anywhere but here. I fired her immediately today after we walked out of the court room. Disgusted with what I saw & was put through today!
