Mr. Dinneen represented me in a divorce case in which my ex wife was determines to keep NY children from me. Faune.... is a Force to be Reckoned with let me tell you!! She was assigned to me for my second Child Support Court hearing and she blew me away. She was on top of everything and was quick to jump in, to call out all the lies the other party was saying. He didn't even know how to handle this strong woman. She really knows how to deal with a narcissist, which not a lot of attorneys know how to do. Faune was able to prove our case to where even the judge saw the other parties lies. Because of that, the judge ruled in my favor and I won the case for increased child support. Faune still was not satisfied with the amount of back pay because the other party failed to provide some documents, Faune said to the judge she would like to request more documents and return back to court to determine all back pay. Judge agreed and we will be going back soon. Faune really cares and has your back, she will fight and make sure nothing gets left out. She is like Mayweather in the Ring with the KO!!

Despite the unpleasant circumstances of my domestic violence restraining order, child custody, and child support case, she was very thorough in dealing with all the matters, always responded in a timely manner, and was always willing to take the time to explain the issues.
