With absolutely no exaggeration, I had lost h an hours of sleep as a result of an audit that was conducted on my corporation by a California bureaucratic org. At first, I thought that I could represent myself. When I got a notice of determination that the audit found us liable for $375,000 I was dumbfounded and defeated with nowhere to turn. I began to look and search and somehow managed to find Nate Kelly. After approximately four weeks of his representation of my case, we reached a final agreement by which the amount was reduced to $60,000, with an affordable payment plan. Nate Kelly literally saved my company! Saved the business I started 42 years ago and nursed like a child during its growth and development over these past 40+ years. There truly is no adequate way to express my gratitude other than to provide testimony to my experience working with Nate. Thank you so much, Nate. The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses.
