Where do I begin?? I was going through a nasty divorce, starting a new job, and not able to see my children. I was continually giving money to lawyers and receiving no results. I’ve dealt with several attorneys in the past, then I came across Mark on Facebook and reached out. He’s been so great to me. He’s very knowledgeable & passionate in his fight for fathers. I would recommend Mark to any father who’s fighting in family court.

Beware, the worst attorney service I've used. They will do a bait and switch on you. I hired them to argue things in court. Attorney said he was. One of the attorney's team, even told me this was a slam dunk case. When we arrived to court the attorney stated that there was no point in arguing anything because the judge was only going to listen to the minor's counsel. So why would I pay almost 8,000 dollars to just do what the minors counsel wanted. I don't need to pay someone for something I could have done myself. The attorney also charged me for having conference calls for another case while waiting for my case to start in court. I also was charged for calls that didn't even happen. I'm going to file a complaint with the state bar for misconduct and over billing.

I hired this firm in August 2024, and terminated their services in November 2024. Let's start with being charged for services that never occurred. Members of the firm claimed they called me, yet after looking at my call log there was no phone call received and there certainly wasn't a voicemail message in my mailbox that they claimed to have left. The 1st time the attorney came to court, she was late because she went to the wrong department. How is that possible if she reviewed the court documents before the case, the department is on the first page. 2nd time the attorney came to court, all it took was the mother to fake cry in front of the judge, claim the children are in danger and she gets everything she wanted. Mind you, mom represented herself, while I had an attorney. I made the billing specialist aware that I am terminating the firms services and I want the final bill, including the Substitution of Attorney" relieving them from representing me. Money wasted on this firm.
