Called them to pay a collection debt for my daughter-in-law as an early surprise Christmas present. They would not even consider me paying it without her permission and hung up on me after I told her if I owed them money and someone else called and payed it I would be extremely happy. Hope I never have to deal with them again and definitely would not recomend them to anyone.
Too long to type but in a nutshell you don’t want to deal with this law firm. Solardar & Solardar sent a judgement from 2017 for HOA fees. The interest on 900+ back fees acrued over a thousand dollars. We just paid past due fees to the HOA last week, was told it was all paid up that we didn’t owe any thing else. Matter fact over paid. That same week we got a judgement from Solardar. My husband went ahead and paid it that following Monday even though it seemed fraudulent. You don’t want to owe them anything! They did not sign the release form until Wednesday, my husband called every day for the signed form and receptionist told him they haven't signed. Today he calls back and by the Grace of God someone else answered the phone and told him the form was sitting on the desk since Wednesday that she doesn't understand why it wasn't faxed. So because it wasn't faxed in a timely manner the money was still garnished. His employer payroll dept. said it would be redirected to his next paycheck.
Very sneaky lawyer. Didn't explain the terms of an unlawful detainer, told him he had 30 days to pay, but the caveat to that is my son never went in front of the judge, so now the landlord was granted immediate possession. When in fact my son doesnt owe the amount they are claiming. He really put my son in an unfair position. I would never recommend this attorney and based on the reviews I see why. I thankfully didn't hire this lawyer, he was hired by the apartment complex.
My money order of $200 was mailed back to me. The letter informed me of the amount that was owed. I was already aware of the amount owed. I called the office and spoke to Patricia. After explaining to Patricia that I sent two money orders three days apart. One money order was mailed back to me, it was discovered that the office staff isn't empowered to correct a wrong that was created by them. Before mailing the money order back, they didn't call to even investigate. The office worker had to get permission to mail out a stamp and an envelope. Do not hire them to collect anything for the following reasons: -Empowerment of staff is lacking -They are slothful collectors -The neighborhood candy lady operates a better business King Properties shouldn't even pay them for collecting any of my funds. King Properties over charged me. Vengeance is the most high God's work.
This firm has sued me twice but won’t accept my calls
