When you’re struggling with a small legal issue requiring very little of an attorney’s time, your case can be seen as not worth it, which is understandable. My case concerning real estate contracts did not interest too many attorneys. Luckily, I was referred to Mike Wheeler who was able to easily pinpoint my problems and solutions. He accepted my small case which would not exactly pad his pockets but which would help a struggling client in need. I felt understood by Mike and trusted his advice, which is serving me well. He may not take every small case, but the critical point is this attorney is a trustworthy and cooperative guy just trying to help clients the best he can. I am happy to have made a dependable contact for any future needs.
They helped me understand how to file in small claims court against a business that had failed honor an insurance claim from damage to my vehicle in their parking lot caused by their sign hitting my vehicle. They wrote letters and when that failed to get results they walked me through the small claims until I got a settlement. Very responsive!
The lawyer assigned our case (we are landlords needing help with evictions) was very knowledgable of the law pertaining to the eviction process. He was prompt in responding to our phone calls. He guided us through the legal notices required then was very effective in court. He advised us on future problems/situations we might encounter, and how to proceed to actually save us on legal fees.

We hired Mr. Jensen to confirm our thoughts on a Quiet Title Action. The action involved very little research on his part. We had already done the court house land records research. In essence, he made a few phone calls, wrote a couple of letters and charged us an exorbitant amount of money.
