Working with Susan OMalley and her staff was a great experience after I interviewed many. I needed someone who was easy to work with given my medical condition and being hospitalized several times. Susan OMalley made the process extremely easy by being flexible with coordinating meeting times. I was also able to communicate via text and email which was a major plus for me. She built trust with me and I valued the advice given which solved the case. She and her staff were so sympathetic and really cared about me. Hired Attorney Mr. Joseph Tunstall III

It was truly a blessing working with Mr. Tunstall after my husband and I were in a car accident. My husband had a traumatic brain injury and Mr. Tunstall was very knowledgeable in this area. He secured a very good settlement for us. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
