I am writing this review for Attorney Shrager and Attorney Hayward because they both worked on my DUI case and did a great job. My charge was reduced so that I did not get a criminal record. There really wan't much that could be done to beat the DUI, so I am grateful that they both got me the next best thing. They were very caring of my situation, and I would certainly recommended either of them to anyone.
Although I've never had to deal with an attorney before this issue, I cannot imagine that most lawyers in Pittsburgh are as kind and competent as Attorney David S. Shrager. He truly cared about my legal issue, and took charge of the situation. After 4 months of suspense, the charges against me were dropped. His office staff was equally as caring, and were always there to answer my questions. Thank you so much!
Will fight for you. Just be honest, and trust in his knowledge of the court system.
Don't use them. I had a fed white collar case. I paid them $20,000 before I paid them they told me we were going to win. After they received the money they said I had to plead guilty. Because I was innocent I told them to return my money or we are going to trial. At trial they lost crucial evidence and didn't investigate the case as I requested. The lead attorney actually told me "I don't like to stand up and object". When I was released they refused a refund.
