Hired Attorney Mr. Mark E. Milsop

After being told by my local (Erie PA) attorneys that I didn’t have a case, I contacted Berger and Green. When connected with Mark Milsop, we spoke in depth about the details of my injury. He made it clear that, while my case would be difficult to win, the injuries I suffered were very substantial and he was willing to represent me. When nearing the statute of limitations, Attorney Milsop took action to preserve my claim. By thinking outside the box, Mark came up with a new, secondary approach to my case and forced a settlement. The money I received covered two years’ worth of out of pocket medical expenses and still left enough to get me back on my feet financially. Thanks for all your hard work Attorney Milsop!

Can not say enough good things about Atty Malak! He took my anxiety away when I was going through the process of filing for SSDI. He is very professional but yet has a down to earth personality. You can tell he cares about his clients. He speaks in language a lay person can easily understand. He never rushes you, listens patiently and answers all questions quickly. I never once felt out of the loop while his law firm was handling my case. I have had positive experiences from the time I picked up the phone first time and spoke to one of their intake/receptionists until the victory of my case. I would of left this review regardless if I had won or not because that is how much I trust and respect Atty Malak. I know he and his firm went above and beyond and did their due diligence. I literally have thanked God for putting this attorney in my path. If you want an intelligent, caring, hard working atty....look no further...you just found yours.
