Hired Law Firm

My case took about 2.5 years to complete and it had a positive outcome. Ed assisted me with my case preparation and was very thorough. Ed has something that is almost rare in most attorneys' and that is integrity. He did not treat me as if I was just another "officer" to represent, he treated my case with respect, which was proven by how much involved he was in my case. Throughout my case, he never did not beat around the bush about anything and he made me quite aware of all the possible outcomes of my case. Ed is an attorney that is willing to go the extra mile for an officer when he believes that they have been wronged and he is willing to fight for what he believes. Ed is definitely an attorney that I would highly recommend to any of my fellow brothers and/or sisters in blue when they feel they have been "wrongfully accused" by their department.

Hired Law Firm

David Kresin was superb in handling our case of workplace discrimination and unfair termination by an employer. He is intelligent, intuitive, quick to assimilate information and strategic in his thinking. He carefully explained our legal options then executed our decisions with a deft combination of firm resolve and diplomacy to arrive at a fair compromise with the employer. We also appreciated his sensitivity to keeping a close eye on legal costs which is very refreshing.
