After my initial consultation to appeal a denial of my application from Social Security, I was ghosted for several months until I was again denied by them. My attempts to make contact w/ Mr Nixon we met with MINIMAL response. Per conversations I subsequently had with Social Security personnel, paperwork was not filed properly or on time and responses were not provided in a timely manner by my "attorneys" (I use that term loosely since they didn't really represent me or my interests anyway). All in all, I would have been better served handling my appeal myself.

I don't know how there isn't any negative reviews because the service I received was horrible. He filed my claims using the wrong form and told me the VA didn't process them because they were already on file. The VA told me all that needed to be done was to refile using the correct form. Mr.Nixon ignored repeated requests to resolve that issue and pretended like it never happened. He then slow walked other claims I needed filing taking over a month to fax them in. He still hasn't filed a claim I brought to his attention over two months ago. Doesn't communicate whatsoever and never follows up with anything he files. Lost my c-file and caused unnecessary delays which have cost me time and money. I'd avoid this guy like the plague if I were you unless you feel like waiting ten years to get things done because he's not proactive whatsoever. Worst experience I have ever had with anyone on a professional level. Don't believe what you see because it's not real at all.
