This is A very good firm. They were very courteous,and receptive of our needs. Their prices aren't high and reaching them wasn't hard. Although there were some times when we were playing phone tag, the overall experience was great
Used to set up legal guardianship. He is very knowledgeable, but paralegal, Connie, is not the best. She doesn't answer every email, and when she does, it's not always timely or in full understanding. Mr. Waddell is personable but very short and to the point without elaboration or explanation unless prompted. I would definitely do business with him again because of his expertise in the area of Medicaid and Guardianship matters.
As part of an estate of my sister's home, I feel that Wadell and Wadell handled the probate as a back burner case. The representative never calls me back with concerns of finalizing the probate. Last contact was that it should be signed off by the judge before March 1st, last day to get property tax exemption. It's February 29th and still not finalized. I'm handicapped and can't afford to pay the higher property taxes which is $2000, with exemption it would be only $107.00. The representative was made aware of day which we needed it completed and she assured that she would work to complete in February. Very disappointed!
