Hubbard, Ruzicka, Kreamer & Kincaid, L.C. is a law firm established in 1930 with an office in Olathe, KS. At this office location, there are 10 lawyers practicing general practice, family law, personal injury and 13 other areas of law.
Greg was very kind during an extremely rough time in my life.
Greg seems fair, and easy to work with. We have only had one meeting but things seemed to go well.
A good man. A little bit more expensive then some family lawyers in the area but you really pay for what you get with Scott. Scott is direct to the point, organized, aggressive (when necessary), and able to negotiate (when appropriate).
He was the lawyer for both ourselves and my in-laws. He would communicate with them by e-mail and not give us the same information. When the final paperwork was needed, he was out of town and WE had to travel to get the CORRECTED papers that HE messed up. Then he also billed us for 1/2 an hour for answering e-mails (all to the in-laws) and .5 hour for the time he (or his secretary) used to correct the mistake HE made in the pursuant real estate contract to buy the in-laws half of the house
I was Looking for an aggressive attorney one that would really go out and make his presence known . Todd well he took the beating and my money, you always get that feeling when people are not on your side. Time and Time again he presented me with Plaintiffs issues never jumped up and took the reins , always about how much you have to pay. Even though the work was warranted, it was always about the Money not my rights as a business Owner . Glad this Case ended an so long Mr. Arney ...
