Hired Law Firm

We have retained Mr. Brian Arnold to represent my son in a multiple felony charges. Throughout my entire experience with him Mr. Arnold has been kind,compassionate,professional in every sense of the word. I would recommend him highly to anybody because he is absolutely fair in all of his dealings. He could have asked for 3 times the amount he quoted for us as a flat fee but he is a kind man is all about the pursuit of justice. Not necessary putting money in his pocket. For that I am grateful.

Hired Law Firm

Paid a $3000 retainer. He sent a different attorney who didn't know anything of which he and I talked about to my hearing. After that hearing I was unable to get him to answer phone, text, or emails. I then got a letter stating he was taking himself off my ongoing case. No further communication.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
