Unless it's a major accident they're not very interested in fighting your case and recommend to settle on a first offer.

Their communication was HORRIBLE! I didn't hear anything from them for 4 months. I didn't know if they were pursuing my case or not. Ultimately, we came to a settlement with another party; however, I do not feel like I was informed of all of the options that were available to me at the time. Poor legal counsel...and even worse communication.

Hired Attorney Mr. James Michael Shaw

Unbelievably unprofessional are the two best words to describe this so-called law form. I was hit from behind by lady with no license that ran a red light. I contacted this firm and signed the retainer. I didnt hear from anyone for a month and every time I called I was put on hold just to be told someone would call me back and after the third time someone finally called me. They told me to get the body cam footage of the officers that were questioning me and the lady that hit me. My insurance company told me they wouldn't wait for me to get the footage. The lady that hit me had lied to the cops. My insurance company was saying they were going to go ahead and settle without my permission. I kept contacting this firm over and over and no one got back to me about my insurance company wanting to settle and 3 months later I got a letter from them telling me they couldn't represent me even though they had already agreed to represent me. My insurance company settled and I got screwed. AVOID

A drunk lady hit me from behind, ended up at at a hospital being in coma for days 3 little girls were with me one of them ended with a broken leg the other 2 with bruises and bleeding from everywhere. After the visits to the Dr and therapist he didn’t even give me enough money for me to buy a used car, without consulting me he kept the money for the girls (said he was going to save it for them for their college years-that never happened-). There’s a lot of other lawyers in town please never trust this man and his firm. He will just steal your money and leave you stranded on the road like he did with me and my family !!!

Awful attorney they do not care for their clients. They let their client stay in pain and only care about the money they will collect. Beware of this lawfirm and run.
