Helen Rodgers and her team, Ethan and Jessica, were so amazing during a very difficult and tumultuous divorce. This team wasn’t just a group of attorneys working together on a case but became true advocates for me and my children. I knew it, from the moment I met Helen, I was in good hands and she had my back. She was always organized, well prepared, and a had strong presence in the courtroom. After hiring and firing two lawyers in my divorce, I talked to Helen Rogers. She was more expensive then the first two who had taken my money and basically disappeared. She was able to reverse the progress of my divorce and get me a judgement of more than enough to pay her fee. She is very knowledgeable and is excellent in the courtroom. I took the judgement and foreclosed on it and am now retired. Thank You Mrs. Rogers

Mrs. Rogers has represented me for over 6 years. Her attention to details is impeccable! She is quick to respond and is an excellent listener. I have received incredible results under her guidance but one must listen to her counsel.

Hired Attorney Siew-Ling Shea

After 30 minutes meeting, she said she never appeal a case to Supreme Court. She has no knowledge to handle a case to Supreme Court at all. She insisted me to $350 dollar for a non constructive meeting. Not recommend this lawyer.

This person does not appear to understand that an appeal to the Tennessee Supreme Court is by permission only and on cases with an important question of law. The facts of this case may not have met the reasons usually considered by the TN Supreme Court.

I regret to share my experience with Helen Rogers, as it was far from satisfactory. During my time working with her, I felt that her approach was unprofessional and manipulative. I was led to believe I was receiving valuable legal services, but many of the promised actions were not fulfilled. When she decided to discontinue our working relationship, I was left without clear communication or explanation. Her choice to send a brief email without addressing my concerns directly was frustrating, and I struggled to get any answers to my questions thereafter. Additionally, I have met several other women who have had similar experiences with her, and it seems that her practice operates more as a money-grabbing business than one dedicated to client welfare. After I secured a settlement in my divorce, she even attempted to re-establish contact to claim a portion of that settlement, which left me feeling taken advantage of. Overall, my experience with Helen Rogers was horrible. Save your

After six months, I was losing faith. She had no strategy and tried to make something up on the spot. When I brought my concerns to her attention, she became upset and rudely got up to walk out of the office. She has a lot of nerve for a short, fat lady who was taking so much of my money. At a time when I was at my most vulnerable, she took advantage of me. I urge you to choose different representation if you are looking for a divorce attorney.

Rogers, Kamm and Shea is a TERRIBLE law firm who should not be allowed to practice. I wasted thousands and thousands of dollars on them over the course of a year and a half only to have them leave me high and dry TWO MONTHS before my divorce trial. I almost lost my daughter because of them. At a time when I was at my most vulnerable, they took advantage of me. Rogers, Kam and Shea is rude, untrustworthy and incompetent. They are just out to steal money from people in their time of need.

Was not happy with the level of service we were provided for Mediation. Paid the mediation fee and then was charged extra time because our mediator did not take the correct notes and had to go back and correct the parenting plan. Was a total waste of time and money. Next time I will be finding a different mediation company.
