Since 1968, White Peterson Has Been Serving The Treasure Valley & Beyond. We Are The Largest Firm In Southwest Idaho Outside of Boise. We are a Full Service Law Firm Passionate To Helping Our Clients.

Based in Nampa, Idaho, White Peterson has been representing clients in real estate, trusts and estates, wills and probate and other matters throughout the Treasure Valley and beyond since 1968. A full-service law firm, our attorneys are all licensed to practice in all Idaho courts, and some are also licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington. More than just a law firm, we are Treasure Valley residents who are active in the community and whose clients are also neighbors. We take a pragmatic approach to our cases but are also known for our personal service and empathy for clients who may have anxiety over a home sale or be grieving the loss of a loved one. White Peterson is the largest firm in Southwest Idaho outside of Boise, and our attorneys have decades of experience in their areas of expertise. My wife and I have been given a beautiful gift of parenthood all because of White Peterson and their staff. There isn’t a day that goes by that we aren’t incredibly thankful for how responsive and compassionate this office is. When life has hit us hard, Julie has always been incredibly patient and kind to my family with collecting our payment. I always look forward to speaking with her and this office has always been kind to us even when we haven’t been the kindest in our most stressful times. I know everyone works incredibly hard and we cannot express our gratitude enough.

William Punkoney was so great to work with in establishing my family trust. He took time and great length to explain why a special needs trust would protect one of my family members and averted me from making a mistake in not including that in my trust. I appreciate his attention to detail and making sure I understood my options and how the trust and pour over will would work to protect my family and leave them in a good financial position to handle the distribution of my assets. I feel confident I did the right thing for my heirs and that they will be able to manage and distribute my assets according to my wishes. I found them very reasonably priced, more attentive to details and determined to ensure I understood how the trust will work. I would highly recommend William Punkoney!

We worked with Bill and his staff on a long and difficult probate situation and found their office people and Bill extremely communicative, proactive, resourceful and timely. Given that this work took a couple of years is testimony to their commitments to their clients, their role in all realms of legal work and their superior insight and experience in dealing with the courts, as well as witnesses, property dispersal, skip traces, etc. This is an excellent choice for whatever legal needs one might have and we highly recommend using them if you can.

Contacted this law firm per my landlord’s request, who had hired someone here to evict us without actual cause. Had to email because none of my phone calls would go through. It was insinuated by a member of the firm that my calls did go through, even though I screen recorded the incident to prove all of my calls would not go through to the firm. They were very short with me, which is a shame, because they were the ones representing someone who evicted us even though we have all the statements to prove we’ve paid on time or early for the last 7 years. Our landlord even convicted us with our 5 year old son, trying to unlawfully give us a 4 day notice to quit. Yet they still represented Matt Freeland of Melba, Idaho. Terrible company/firm! Sketchy practices representing sketchy people.

I messaged them through their website several weeks ago. I have heard nothing back. The first contact I got in response to the message was from Martindale-Hubbell requesting my feedback. So apparently they only respond to phone calls. Since I am autistic and nonverbal, phone call is not an option for me. So I would put them at 0/10 - they are refusing me service because of my disability.

I sent a message for consult and was never contacted. Not even a email text or call. No respect Can’t recommend of they don’t even respond. No way to run a business. Basic courtesy is to respond even if you can’t help me.
