We retained Sean for a contentious eviction proceeding and were thrilled with his representation. He not only achieved our positive outcome, but he was able to calm our anxieties throughout the discouraging developments with his personal patience and professional competency. He employed a few simple but creative strategies which prevented irrelevance from derailing the case, insulated us from courtroom drama and facilitated a speedier-than-usual resolution. Additionally, his trial coaching and courtroom demeanor inspired confidence and he favorably impressed our judge, as his ruling was incredibly generous under the circumstances. I knew my civil case was going to tough on me since it was against my sister. Sean was always compassionate when we talked and was able to see the points I made about her refusal to give me my property. Also, he explained in detail about Civil Court rules. He never gave up when dealing with her lawyer to get paperwork. In court, Sean was calm and helped me to remain calm. When opposing lawyer brought up another case I had been involved in, he calmly explained to her and the judge the different way the two courts work. I won the judgment and will be getting my property. Even when an motion the disregard the judgment or modify it was filed, Sean calmly explained that he was sure the judge would deny the motion, which he did. I would absolutely recommend Sean Hampton for legal help!

As a first timer with suits, a lot of the terminology used went over my head and Sean took the time out to elaborate what exactly I needed to comprehend in order for us to be on the same page. Great communication and extremely patient! I may have asked every question in the book and he did a phenomenal job making sure I was up to speed with every step, possible outcome, best and worst case scenario’s. Great experience overall, helped maintain a low anxiety level too lol thanks Mr. Hampton, you won my case and was a great team member to my Faith.
