Deutsch, Blumberg, & Caballero P.A. was formed 32 years ago by Steven K. Deutsch and Edward R. Blumberg as a statewide practice. Its office has been continuously located in the New World Tower, 100 North Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 2802, Miami, Florida, 33132, telephone number (305) 358-6329, toll free number (866) 358-6329 and facsimile number (305) 358-9304.

The firm is devoted to the representation of catastrophically injured victims in the areas of medical and dental malpractice, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, recreational accidents, general personal injury as well as insurance coverage disputes. Appeals are handled by James C. Blecke, Esq.

The firm is highly specialized in complex civil trial matters. It handles each case on a customized basis. The firm has handled numerous cases involving severe brain damage, quadriplegia, paraplegia, amputations and death with the goal of achieving the highest level of justice available to maintain the dignity of our injured clients. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
