Hired Law Firm

Great attorneys, pricey though. Used them to set up LLC and deal with a few issues. That was four years ago and they have since dropped us as client. This little fish was too small for their big firm or revenue made from us was not great enough for them to deal with us. They were our registered agent and we got a "Dear John" letter in the mail telling us they would no longer be the registered agent. Kind of rude when you stop and think about it and now looking at smaller firms to handle us.
