Hired Attorney George Psoras Jr.

George Psoras, Jr. is an outstanding, capable lawyer, who displayed acumen in the court room. Most impressive was his ability to ask the right questions, especially a question that rendered the Defendant speechless. He knows how to set up the match, so that the other side hits the ball, so to speak in a way that he can make a grand slam. I saw his 26 years of experience at work for me and on behalf of my father. Although we didn't always agree, later I saw wisdom in the decisions he made. His brother, Greg Psoras, assisted him, and he played an essential part in helping to win my case. Although he could only actually assist in the first part of the trial, he brought our attention to essential evidence that supported the case. For example, out of over $3,000 pages of evidence, he found the one document that essentially proved the point of the case--that my father was incompetent when he signed power of attorney. The firm hired an expert, and the judge relied on his expert opinion

Joe told me to take th eplea even tho it was not good, he said he"Would fall on his sword" to enable me to get it appealed, he did NOTHING, when I went to court for the appeal, he told the appeal attorney NOT TO SHOW me my files and he did not give her all the info needed> BAD person, only promotes DEALS

He sold my retirement pollicy and I received none of the money.
