Work with this firm was particularly frustrating. I never received responses to my telephone calls and appointments were frequently cancelled. Tim O'Reilly is very busy and I distinctly received the impression that he did not have time for the case. I believe that he may be knowledgeable but he was actually too busy to represent me. He never responded to my emails. I believe that all of this is unfortunate as I really needed legal representation at the time but could not get him to be responsive.
This law firm says they are compassionate and professional, fully disagree. I have evidence of malpractice against my doctor from the State of Nevada's Medical examiner board. This law firm refused to take my case yet they took one case for another individual who has the exact same for chargers against the doctor by the medical examiner board as mine. That is a total of six patients all with the exact same charges against this doctor that have been filed by medical examiner. A total of 29 counts. I am permanently disabled and wheelchair, I cannot sit up, walk, nor can I stand because of this doctor. I do not see any reason for this law firm to reject my case when they have handled four cases against his doctor and won judgments for each one of them. Where is the compassion? I am completely disappointed and disgusted at their lack of care and concern. This is caused both physical and mental stress on me and with no one to help me get compensated for the damage done l by this doctor..
