After being in the rental business for 8 years with no major tenant issues, my husband and I found ourselves in a very contentious relationship with a tenant who repeatedly violated the lease agreement. We needed to begin the eviction process but wanted expert advice to ensure our interactions with the tenant were acceptable, the forms/documents were completed correctly and filed appropriately with the court. I recommend Kirsten for personal/family legal matters. She helped me with a contentious eviction with an abusive loved one. It was difficult for me, but she was there every step of the way.

I really appreciate how Kirsten listened to both me and my sister, with our frustrations with my real estate broker, reviewing the contract I unfortunately had signed.
