Hired Attorney Mr. Rick G. Winling Esq.

I had Rick for several cases. I had a rough patch for a few years and got involved with substance use. I racked up several charges including: 5 possesion charges, 3 tresspassing charges, 5 violating conditions of release, and an OUI (The only case I didnt have Rick on). I was able to get all of the charges combined with a global resolution and put on a deffered disposition (Except for the OUI which I was appointed Amanda Ramirez). Upon succesfully completing the 1 year Def. Disposition the charges were dismissed. I plead guilty to the OUI as part of the global res. deal. Overall I was highly Impressed with Rick. His ability to explain the court language so I could comprehend it was outstanding, due to his extensive knowledge of law. His communication skills are great. He is an organized, knowledgeable lawyer who is determined to get his client the best possible outcome for the situation that they are in. He can be blunt, but this brutal honesty is something I would expect in my lawyer.
