I was in a bad car accident in 2020, and have been a client of Rosenberg McKay Hoffman since then. When I first came in, Chuck McKay sat with me for a couple of hours to ensure that all details of the accident were relayed to him, and he answered any and all questions that I had. Throughout the process of my claim, Rodger Hoffman took over my matter, and I never had to stress or worry about anything, other than getting the medical treatment that I needed in order to heal. Mr. Hoffman, and the original attorney on my case, were always available to speak with me whenever I called, and they truly made me feel valued as a client and that I was being well taken care of. While my medical treatment took a long long time, finally, after 3 years, I walked away with all a settlement of all policy limits available to me, and even additional monies that I did not expect. I am BEYOND grateful for everyone at this office, and for their hard work in making my claim as easy of a process as possible.

He is an excellent individual with a keen mind to peel back the emotion and just review the basic facts in front of him. He is articulate, strategic and unassuming in his duties. He is my "Colombo" of attorneys and usually the first one I call for advice on any matter.

Hired Attorney Randall Rosenberg

Mr. Rosenberg had a case of mine years ago and was not satisfied with his legal work. He has rejected to represent me on another matter that needs to litigate. They claim to be and want to help locals and I find that to be false.
