Hired Attorney Steven L. Day

concern was a difficult case to prove damages regarding mental health concern. Mr. Day accepted the case on contingency and worked it through to the end. The office staff, Brinley, was always very responsive and professional. I was treated with respect, dignity and sincerity; not always the case when people are addressing mental illness concerns.

And I probably would have been paying out of pocket for my exceedingly high medical bills if it weren't for you and your quick actions. I had Mr. Day take over a case for my previous attorney. I was very impressed with him as he was the complete opposite of my previous attorney! He was very helpful and hardworking. I was so pleased that I was actually getting somewhere with my case and that I was in good hands. I am so glad to have found him and have asked him for help in several matters since we first met. Day & Nance were nothing but helpful to me throughout my case. They were always available to me, and I dealt with the attorneys directly rather than being sent to a secretary. They truly cared about my case and were willing to explain each step to help me feel comfortable. Both the attorneys are extremely kind, and were in constant contact with me. I HIGHLY recommend this firm.

My husband found their name on the back of the Yellow pages, as strong aggressive injury lawyers, which is exactly what I needed since I was getting nowhere with anyone else. They were extremely intelligent and went above and beyond investigating and getting all the evidence from the doctor, hospital, ER. and ambulance. They negotiated an award I would have never dreamed of outside of court.

I am a former client. I had a personal injury lawsuit that took over two years just to get to a deposition. I had little to no contact with Mr. Day during this time. Numerous phone calls went unanswered. Finally, when I get notice that a deposition and an arbitration were scheduled, he decides to withdraw from the case leaving me to defend myself! Do not do business with this firm.
