Sean Cole and Paralegal Brittney Culler were second to none throughout the process. There were never surprises as ALL aspects and potentials were laid out for me at each step. Sean and Brittney made me feel as if I was their only client and made me feel as if someone actually cared that I had been wronged and were going to do what they could to help me recover from the damage of my situation through suggestions and an empathetic ear. I could depend on them to get the job done,they were very professional but at the same time I felt like I was at home, very friendly, and understanding and had compassion, I never felt like I was rushed to do anything, they were also very flexible with time when I was working.I would do it again if i had the oppertuneity!

From my initial consultation the staff attorney told me I had a valid case and I was then assigned to Mr. Brantley who is their Workers Comp specialist. His paralegal, Iliana, took my calls and addressed my daily concerns and set my medical appointments. My case lasted for 2 years and 9 months and at the end Mr. Brantley was able to negotiate a suitable settlement for me against a very difficult defendant. As a writer I would like to paraphrase this saying, “Slow and steady wins the race.” Thank you to the entire team at Riddle and Brantley; from the lead generator who took my initial phone inquiry, the attorneys and staff at the Raliegh office that did my intake and forms, and to Iliana and Mr. Brantley at the Goldsboro office that handled my workers compensation case.
