My son was arrested on 2 felony counts-aggravated assault & kidnapping. He had stepped in to defend an older gentleman who was being assaulted by a young man. We felt these charges were bogus; however, the DA pursued a case against him. Immediately after the arrest, we began searching for an attorney. We liked the reviews of Eric and his firm. This law firm practically saved my future. I got a DUI while I was out one night heading to NY to see a specialist. I have been sick for a while and I was on legal prescription medication. I had stopped because I was sick to my stomach and I had to vomit. A short while later I saw a cop tailing me. I got pulled over and was told to blow into the device to measure the alcohol consumed. I blew a 0. The was then given the DWI test and arrested. Eric Larsen drove over an hour to get to the court building. He went in to speak with the DA and ADA. He was armed with all the paperwork proof he needed. He came out about a half hour later and got everything dismissed. I was facing a small jail time, a year with no driver’s license and a fine. I am a disabled 58 year old man. These fines would have destroyed me. This is why I owe Eric Larsen my future. I couldn’t have had a better lawyer on my side.
An amazing attorney with a great amount of experience. He will fight for you and he will win, as long as you help him help you. Depending on your case, you may not even need to go to trial to get a good outcome. I had a second offense drug charge and he was able to get it off my record, though passing a drug test and having court fees 100% paid off helped immensely. Overall an excellent defense attorney to have on your side. You will not regret hiring Mr. Larson for your case.
