We hired Snyder Gokey to help with my wife's change of status procedure (she arrived on a K1 visa and she was applying for her greencard). She had been denied the adjustment once due to a paperwork issue, so we contacted Gokey Law Office to help with the second application. Snyder was incredibly helpful and thorough, and we always received quick responses from either him or Mary. The second application was approved with no issue and we are incredibly thankful for all the work they did.
Snyder Gokey and his associate, Clara Anderson, were excellent partners in navigating the green card process for a family member. The process was complicated by the death, mid-process, of her main sponsor, as well as the Covid virus. They anticipated every scenario regarding the interview process and provided us with the documents that may have been requested or required by the interviewer. Mr. Gokey could not attend the interview with us due to Covid restrictions, but was present via telephone. The process was successful, and we feel that attaining a green card for our family member was due to the compassionate assistance and attention to detail of the Gokey team. I recommend them most strongly for your immigration law needs.
