I was cited with reckless driving for a minor accident in a rest stop on I-81 in Smyth Co. and needed local expertise, as I have never before had to appear in court and live 6 hours away in Northern Virginia. First off. Im from another state. Mr.Coale helped me tremendously. I had a PD at first, so I brought Mr.Coale into my case towards the end of my case, Traffic and criminal. So it's a 50/50 chance that late in the case. And he did an excellent job of communicating with me, explaning different scenarios of my situation as well as my choices. We do not live in Virginia but hired Attorney Coale after my son got a speeding ticket in Wythe County. Because his speed was over 80, the charge became a misdemeanor.
