I never made it past the phone consult. Mr. Thompson told me that even though my case was clear cut, he didn't see the value in it. The case was over a 120000$ breach of contract. He estimated his costs at 15-20000$. I asked him what he would do, he admitted that he would sue, and since he was from WV, he would beat the other party. He didn't express it that politely. He did advise me not to do that.
