Hired Attorney Nancy L. Sponseller

Retained Nancy for a dissolution with two minor children complicated by one spouse forced to retire due to disability. Excellent professional representation. Handled the matter compassionately to assist the foundation of a functional, caring co-parenting partnership that raised two wonderful adults. Unconditional recommendation.

Hired Law Firm

Nice woman but I regret using her as my legal council during my collaborative divorce. Later found out through other legal council that the information I was told was incorrect, unfortunately for me my divorce finalized and the 12 month statute of limitations for malpractice suite against Nancy Sponseller had expired. Other attorneys pointed out blatant errors on her part, to my detriment, all grounds for malpractice lawsuit. Her lack of attention to detail left me finding financial eerors.
