The Orlando Firm, P.C. is a personal injury law firm composed of trial lawyers with an array of experience in state and federal courts in a number of jurisdictions. The firm is located in Decatur, Georgia, just outside Atlanta. The firm was founded in 1995 when Roger W. Orlando, having practiced at a large insurance defense firm, created a law firm in order to represent and serve individuals who sustained injuries as a result of the negligence of others. Since that time, the lawyers of The Orlando Firm have had the privilege of representing thousands of Georgia's citizens and the firm has had the distinction of having secured million dollar-plus jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of a number of its clients.

Additionally, The Orlando Firm has been involved in mass tort/class action litigation against pharmaceutical companies and other corporations and manufacturers whose products have been deemed defective or otherwise harmful to thousands of consumers nationwide. The firm has participated actively on a national level in assisting consumers injured by pharmaceutical products such as Fen-Phen, Rezulin, Propulsid, Phenylpropanolamine (PPA), Baycol, Vioxx, Ortho-Evra, Renu Solution, among others.

Roger Orlando, is by far, the best Attourney that money can buy, and my experience has been nothing shy of amazing in every sense of the word. In my review, I’ll completely break down in detail why that is. When I first hired Roger, everyone that looked into his firm tires to persuade me to not hire Roger due to some of the bad reviews online. But let me start there, as soon as I hired Roger, I mentioned the bad reviews online, and he ensured me that finding the right type of frontline staff was the most challenging aspect of his business and that was definitely at the top of his list to address. I’ve literally seen Roger remove employees that didn’t meet his standard of customer service without hesitation. He’s not shy about removing the bad apples to improve the customer service that you’ll receive as a client. I’ve never had an issue with customer service while I’ve worked with Roger. Roger and the Orlando firm have gone far above and beyond the scope of service that I should have

Hired Law Firm

They are rude the receptionist always (one of them) always have an attitude they got upset with me and decided not to go forward with my case cause I was asking to many questions about my case. It's my case and I wanted answers. But it's cool tho they won't get paid and another law firm will. This law firm is too small to keep taking on cases the way they do. I wouldn't recommend anyone there.
