Huff, Moran & Orron, LLC was recommended to me by my realtor to represent me as a seller's attorney. I've been so happy with that recommendation. When I left a message for David Orron, my call was immediately returned by his colleague, Bill Moran. Bill made himself available to answer any of my questions until David was available. As I'm a first-time seller (selling a home for my parents), I needed a lot of hand-holding and David and Christina provided that. Christina was incredibly responsive and kept me in the loop on what was happening on with the buyer, buyer attorney and lender. Both David and Christina broke down real estate legal rules for me and were incredibly patient with my multiple questions. David covered all bases with respect the complicated trust scenario I had and the fees were so reasonable, I thought they had made a mistake! So happy to have had them recommended to me that I will be calling them when I plan my own future move to Monroe Township.
