Hired Kent for custody of my grandson and Kent was amazing , he was reasonable priced and he explained everything to my son and he won the custody battle, Kent you couldn’t have made our family any happier thank you for all u did to make my grandson live in a warm loving home. He is a very reliable person and speaks clear and concise. A little on the high priced side but worth the money in my opinion.
He was actually a mediator for my divorce from my husband. Was able to work with both of us in a friendly, amiable way.
Contacted him regarding the purchase of a business and the formation of a corporation. We paid him a $1300.00 fee to set up the corporation and he never filed the paperwork. We were told he was "working on it", but it was never done. This was approximately three years ago and the corporate papers were never filed and we never received a refund of those fees.
He handled a QDRO for my divorce and it took months of constantly trying to get answers without feed back and results. Poor communication and constantly did not update proper people. Left tensions high, and resulted in almost having to go back to court because things were not being filed.
Hired him for a subject divorce. I footed the bill for him to bargain for the other party and not me. Very incompetent.
I Kent for my divorce and custody battle and he was worthless. he didnt respond to me hardly and when in court he didnt even put up a fight he got my children taken from me and didnt even get me their phone number or address. to be able to contact them.. worst lawyer ive ever met!!!!!!!!!!!Not worth the money too expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kent seemed to be a good lawyer in the beginning and on top of it all but that faded fast. He does not answer calls or emails in a timely manner. He does not encourage settlement yet prefers to fight in court. He gives bad advice concerning working with PCDM's, who to work with and how to work with them. Our last court appearance, Kent was completely unprepared even though he said he spent hours reviewing the evidence. He was even late to court. He didn't press the other side on evidence h
