We had the privilege of working with Michael T. Howard on a very challenging case involving our home purchase, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. In March 2021, we bought a home that unfortunately turned out to have a major structural defect deliberately concealed by the sellers. From the very beginning, Michael was thorough, professional, and compassionate. He listened carefully to our concerns, reviewed all of the evidence we gathered—including testimony from a neighbor and a contractor who confirmed the sellers’ knowledge of the defect—and guided us through the legal process with clarity and confidence.
