Hired Attorney Richard E. Coughlin

I contacted Richard in a panic trying to get a lien removed from my property. He assisted me like he would a close friend or family member. Never once did he make me feel like bad for being unknowledgeable. He used his expertise to contact the company and get to the right person who could help me. I was stressed regarding a civil case and did not know what to do and if I should had been concerned. I immediately was able to reach him and set an appointment the same day. My husband and I went over the scenario and he was able to relieve my stress immediately. He quickly advised a solution and we will see where it goes but I feel confident in him and in our case. We are a New Jersey company and had to find legal representation in Missouri fast. Missouri has a short 10-day stretch from legal notice to a court appearance. Could not have been luckier in picking this firm and in particular Laird Hetlage.

Hired Attorney Lawrence G. Gillespie

Larry did a phenomenal job in managing my despite the challenges of dealing with a very high conflict environment. His experience showed through in knowing when to push and when to be patient, while keeping in the mind the goals I set out when we first met. After talking to numerous others who have gone through family court, I realize that his timely communication and responsiveness to my calls and emails is the exception. I could not have made a better choice!

Hired Attorney William Hetlage

Mr. Hetlage has been nothing but combative. He was hired as my fathers attorney and when my father passed he refused to return his retainer. He is illegally keeping my deceased fathers retainer. He has since stopped returning calls or emails. I'm not sure how to get our funds back at this point but after talking to another attorney, what he is doing is clearly illegal and obviously unethical.
