We are so glad we hired Scott at Scott D. Pollock & Associates for the adjustment of my status around a year ago. Scott and his legal assistant (Ms. Linda) were very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. They were quick to respond to our emails with clear answers to our questions and concerns. Mr. Pollock assisted my immigrant partner (now spouse) for 15-plus years through complex processes of obtaining his H-1 Visa, Employment Certification, and permanent residency, helping us obtain a successful outcome to our Marriage petition and Green Card 2015. We took his Adjustment Petition as far as the BIA, and Mr. Pollock's arguments were well reasoned and clear based on the law. He and legal assistant Maria Hernandez are eminently qualified and thorough.

Because my application was approved, I'm able to have a drivers license and I have a work permit. Scott Pollock has been wonderful to work with in a very difficult case.
My adjustment of status was denied. Scott had the case reopened and with his competent representation, contacts and knowledge of the applicable laws, I had no worries leaving the country to get my green card at the US embassy overseas and adjust my status when I entered the US again.

Scott has been a shiny light in my life after my initial consultation. I interviewed more than 10 recommended attorneys and finally went with Scott. I was EXTREMELY happy with Scott and very glad I picked him two years ago! This is one of the smartest decisions I have ever made in my life! I had a storm of catastrophic lawyers I had previously consulted. Even though my case was very complicated, Scott took care of everything and was terrific in boiling down smallest details.
