I highly recommend Jeffrey Antonelli. I contacted his firm after reading positive reviews on his handling of copyright infringement matters. I was appreciative of his initial free consultation that was very informative and non judgmental. I did not feel at any time pressured that I should use his services. During the entire time of Mr. Antonelli handling my case he routinely kept me informed on the status. At no time did I need to follow up, which greatly eliminated stress. Most importantly he did not rush to come to a quick settlement. My case in Maryland was resolved successfully to my satisfaction. I have dealt with many attorneys in the past and if you are undecided I can say with confidence that Antonelli Law is excellent option.

I recently received a notice of Subpoena from my ISP alleging copyright infringement from Strike 3 holdings. As there were none near my area in Virginia, I reached out to the Antonelli law firm for a free consultation about my case. Jeff took the time to explain my options with one of them being ignore the subpoena (which makes him no money). He did not pressure me to sign with him right away and gave me the time to think things through which I appreciated. I also consulted with another prominent attorney in this field. That attorney told me that the estimate given to me by Jeff was not at all realistic and I would likely have to settle for over $600 per title. He said I needed to sign with him in the next two days on an hourly rate (not flat fee) arrangement to ensure my identity stayed private. I had two more calls with Jeff before finally coming on board as a client to settle my case on a flat fee arrangement. The case settled in a few weeks for an amount lower than estimated

Woking with Melissa was fantastic. She was really effective in communicating with me in layman terms; translating legalize, explaining the process and making me feel I was in really good hands. She was always reachable and extremely prompt in communicating the back and forth between opposing counsel. I couldn't have asked for more from Melissa. My ISP was subpoenaed by a media company for my identity for alleged illegal downloading activity. Though they won't represent, they have a list of reputable trustworthy attorneys that specialize in this field. Called 6 of them. Like tape players, they all said I have to settle. Based on the counts against me, it was going to run $9 grand min & most said $12 grand plus an attorney's fee. I call Jeff, and I had a different conversation. He asks me a bunch of question that at the time I did not think were relevant to my case, but I went along. Without giving away trade secrets cause I have so much respect for this guy, he tells me he is pretty confident he will get me to half of what all others said and then tells me how. Blew my mind! LET THE MAN DO HIS JOB! Just lay it all out for him and the man will think outside the box. End result we settled for a 3rd! I can't say thanks enough!
