Thomas Bible is hands down the Best Bankruptcy Attorney. He cares about his clients and his entire staff make you feel like somebody. I can't thank them enough. being in a financial situation where you don't see a way out makes you feel shameful. But they gave me peace of mind. And made me feel better about the situation I was in. I used their office to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy and found that they were very courteous and professional. Explained the process in terms that I could understand and was very helpful even after my court date. Mr Bible was very nice but curt. He's a very busy man and doesn't have time for "chit chat" and he makes that known by how brief our phone conversation was/is. I used him for the Chapter 13 and have had quite a few problems. I've spoken to him once since our first visit. I normally deal with our "case manager" who really isn't much help. Everyone else is quite helpful and answers my questions.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services received. I was not counseled properly. I was taken through the system, paying large sums for a meager amount owed. Furthermore, my 10 year old car was put in a chapter 13, 3 year plan. I did not opt to keep my home, and was up to date on auto loans, and credit cards totaling to $5000. My debt was minimal, yet I was put into a 3 year plan, that intercepts IRA taxes (3) a car that will not last 3 years. The "para" is not a paralegal at all.
