My experience with Ryan and Millie in my child custody modification was exceptional!! I spoke with many attorneys before deciding, and kept hearing this confidence in the unknown before they even knew anything about me. This felt like a red flag. Ryan and Millie were logical, measured and realistic about my situation. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community in a red state I was extra nervous about the process (If you know, you know), but they were very compassionate and gave me everything I wanted when we won the case (It was actually a win all 4 times we litigated) They also have REASONABLE payment options and will work with you. I'm so greatful for their services, and reccomend 100%.

I sought out Phil when it became apparent my overpriced attorney from downtown Boise wasn’t effective, just expensive. Phil was quite the opposite. Knowledgeable, efficient and charged a reasonable hourly rate. He’s a no BS guy. Don’t go to him to vent about for feelings. He’s there to practice law she he does it well. Thank you Phil!

Not that i need these services often but i have to share that Jennifer and her team helped me out tremendously. I wasn't going into a divorce to stick it to my ex. The team listened to my requests, gave me the best professional advice on what i can do and what wasn't recommended. I was treated and though i mattered regardless of the situation. There was aggressiveness when needed. It seemed with the professionalism and knowledge Jennifer had not too much drama transpired from the respondent side of things. I was treated as i was the boss which it should be i think with these cases. With the respect, expert knowledge, experience, and compassion i received I highly recommend this firm for your legal representational needs.. He is as fast on his feet as anyone I’ve ever met, and I am often astonished by his ability to recall intricate details of my case at just the right moment for maximum impact. At the same time, he does not over-rely on his intellect and speed. When I arrive at court hearings, no matter how minor the issue, Phil has prepared notes for his opening statements. I've gone through several lawyers in the last 8 years with divorce/custody issues. Phil Bevis leaves all the rest in the dust. He is very knowledgeable, effective, and efficient. Would have done better representing myself instead of paying the very expensive retainer for nothing.

Severely poor representation, once $1500.00 retainer paid, my case became almost non-existent with regard to any kind of decent representation of my interests. My case was ignored until issues reached a critical response required. Spent more on retainer & legal costs than I received in a settlement & left with over $200K in debt & my ex walked away free from all marital debt. Unless you have $1500.00 to just throw-away & you want to pay for your ex to benefit, I don't recommend this law firm!
