It is difficult when one lives in Arizona and the trial is in Virginia. I would have liked for him to have been more aggressive and emotionally invested. I'm not sure he did everything possible, but, not knowing the law, I don't know what else he could have done.

Hired Attorney Donald Rowe

I paid the man a $1,000 retainer fee plus $500 to put my mother's personal estate into probate in December. I have not had an update from him despite three email attempts. January was never responded to. February reached his lawyer daughter. She was to forward the email to her dad. I asked if her father had his own email. No response from either or third attempt made this week. did learn that no probate had been initiated by contacting court.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
