Absolutely horrible representation by Mr. John Blazier. I own several local companies and went to Blazier to help navigate the legal minutia of trying to scale these multi- million dollar entities to the next level, up to and including bringing in executive Directors, VP’s and President’s. The documents and contracts that he formulated, I found out in the end offered me little to no protection, and gave up the entire farm to the executives with zero accountability. This has ultimately completely destroyed the companies I spent the last 15 years building, and has costs me 100’s of thousands of dollars in legal fees after firing his firm and hiring another firm to navigate the convoluted and vague legal documents, that even in final form have numerous mispelled and grammatical errors throughout. That I was also overcharged for. Save yourself the immense cost and hassle. Go with literally anyone else who practices law.
Totally corrupt and unethical! His recent "representation" in the sale of my home cost me over $500,000. Do not trust this attorney.
