Our litigation team has a rich tradition, in federal and state courts, for aggressive advocacy and successful results in business, commercial and real estate disputes. Our experience includes trial and appellate work, but we are most proud of our ability to successfully resolve business, commercial and real estate disputes through negotiated settlements, including at times mediation or arbitration.

In a world where the terms "integrity", "honesty", and "competence", seem lost to a bygone era, there is still at least one firm that exemplifies these three terms and further weaves "compassion" and "kindness". Specifically, Attorney's Steve Rothman and Lauren Clayton, helped me with several aspects of a complex zoning initiative. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
