We are a civil litigation and workers' compensation defense firm located in Atlanta, just one block from the State Board of Workers' Compensation. We are committed to representing employers, insurers, and third party administrators in workers' compensation matters throughout Georgia. Communication is the cornerstone of our practice and responsiveness to clients distinguishes our firm.

We are a resource to our clients. Our attorneys conduct seminars both across the state and outside of Georgia, as well as hold quarterly Roundtables to explore relevant topics. Hired Attorney Wesley Moore

We interviewed several attorneys while doing our due diligence for our workers' comp. defense. Wes' positivity and ability to relate to our plight were really the two things that stood out and influenced our decision to hire him. Although it was the highest retainer of all the firms we evaluated, we gladly paid it in order to work with Wes and his firm. We were NOT disappointed. From day 1, Wes took the ball and ran with it, minimizing the need for our direct involvement. He LISTENED carefully during every conversation and put us at ease from the start. Not only did he provide us with advice and guidance, he allowed us to provide our own input into which direction we felt we needed to go. I must emphasize the RELATABILITY factor that Wes brought to the relationship. I can't understate the importance of this. He won our case for us. We would definitely work with him in the future if the need arose.
