Ira E. Zimmerman began his legal career with a firm in Washington, D.C. in 1981. He established his own law offices in Maryland in 1984.
Mr. Zimmerman is admitted to the Maryland Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
He is also admitted to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for fhe District of Columbia Circuit.
Mr. Zimmerman is admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
He extends his professional activities beyond his law offices to the community. His most recent community involvement includes the following positions:
