            In the areas of Guardianship and Conservatorship, the firm has been recognized by the judiciary by being appointed to handle several complicated matters involving older individuals.  In the field of Personal Injury, the firm handles matters ranging from rear-end automobile collisions to medical malpractice cases.  The most significant part of the firm's business practice is the representation of insurance companies in the collection of subrogation claims.  The firm also represents small businesses and individuals in collection matters.

The firm provides personalized assistance to clients.  Every case in the office receives Mr. Zimmerman's attention.  Mr. Zimmerman is assisted by a college-trained paralegal.  All financial and legal matters are handled with absolute confidentiality.
