Mr. D'Agostino successfully brought to a close a protracted child support litigation that was being pursued against me by DSS. In doing so he was required to navigate through the laws and requirements of three states with regard to child support. He eventually prevailed and even managed to obtain legal fees from DSS despite the statutory provision excluding them.

Surprisingly, as a certified mediator, Dan believes that both parties have to agree to 100% of the issues or 0% of the issues. He refuses to get at least the common ground agreed to. Despite lengthy sessions all parties agreed were going no where, Dan had no problem continuing not one but two unproductive sessions and then billing $200+/hour for getting nothing agreed to. Guess what, that was why we were getting divorced and Dan did nothing to get to common ground (but he did make $$$).

In my experience with Dan I find him to be an aggressive and zealous advocate for his clients. I do not have full introspection of Dan's office but know that he can be very busy at times which may limit his availability for consultation or conferences regarding files.
