Ms. Bartee served the legal community for over twelve years as a paralegal in the area of corporate transactional work for real estate corporate clients prior to obtaining her license to practice law in the State of Texas. A year after obtaining her license Ms. Bartee formed this law firm to expand on the legal services she can make available to the firm's corporate clients, as well as individuals who have need for the firm's services in the areas of business law, entity formation, corporate due diligence, wills and estates, probate, elder law, family law and trademark work.
