Jack Bryant Tuckner (Managing Partner) is a progressive veteran trial attorney who subscribes fully to his law school credo "Law in the Service of Human Needs". He represents women against employers ranging from individuals to large corporations. He regularly speaks publicly on matters of employment equity, workplace gender equality and sexual harassment.
Mr. Tuckner is an active member of an eclectic array of organizations including the National Employment Lawyer's Association, the New York State Trial Lawyer's Institute, the New York Women's Bar Association and the International Alliance of Holistic Lawyers. In addition to women's rights in the workplace, Mr. Tuckner represents and protects the rights of individuals experiencing discrimination because of their sexual orientation as well as those with alternative affectional preferences, in both civil and criminal proceedings. Intending to leave a substantial legacy of significant advancement in women's rights to his own two daughters, Mr. Tuckner will offer a free consultation to all women in New York facing workplace challenges.
